WHAT WE DO:
We help owners sell their mobile home on leased land. WE DO NOT SELL REAL ESTATE. As closing agent, we handle the entire sales process from listing to transfer of title. If moving home, we can secure permits and refer to a licensed installer. For our partners in the banking industry, we handle the sale of reposessions from start to finish.
